Author Switch Partner Agreement

By participating in the Author Switch partner program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to participate. The Author Switch and Carma Spence reserve the right to approve or decline partner participation at their discretion.

2. Accurate Representation

Partners agree to represent The Author Switch and Carma Spence programs, services, and offers accurately and in good faith. Misleading claims, deceptive practices, or spam-based promotion are not permitted.

3. Referral Attribution

Partners must use their unique referral link or another approved referral method to ensure proper tracking and credit for referred sales.

4. Brand Use

Partners may reference The Author Switch and Carma Spence in a factual and respectful manner but may not present themselves as employees, agents, or official representatives, nor use branding in ways that could cause confusion about the nature of the relationship.

5. Independent Relationship

Participation in the partner program does not create any employment, agency, or joint venture relationship. Partners act independently in how they choose to share or recommend programs.

6. Termination

The Author Switch and Carma Spence reserve the right to revoke partner status at any time if these terms are breached or if the partnership is no longer aligned.

7. Updates to Agreement

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued participation in the partner program constitutes acceptance of the current agreement.
